Text messages from Quickie Mortgages

Program name: Quickie Mortgages Request Updates. Sender: Quickie Business Services LLC, doing business as Quickie Mortgages.

What we text: a confirmation of the mortgage request you submitted on quickiemortgages.com with your reference number, follow-ups about that request (for example, which lender has it and how to reach us), and replies to questions you text us. We do not send promotional texts unrelated to your request.

Message frequency: varies by request; typically 1–4 messages per request and no more than 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You can use Quickie Mortgages, get matched with lenders, and obtain a loan without ever receiving a text from us.

How to opt in

  • Check the consent box on the request form (it is unchecked by default) and submit your request, or
  • Text us first with a question — we will reply to that conversation.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one confirmation text and no further texts from us. You can also email team@quickiemortgages.com. Opting out of texts does not close your request with lenders; tell any lender you are not interested, or email us to close the request entirely.

Texts and your loan request are separate

Opting out of our texts does not withdraw the request you submitted or the consent you gave partners to contact you; to stop everything at once, use our Privacy Choices form or email team@quickiemortgages.com and we will relay the stop request to every partner who received it.

Partners’ messages are theirs

Lenders, brokers, and marketing partners in our network may text you separately under the consent you gave on the request form. Those programs are run by each partner under its own terms; reply STOP to any partner text to stop that partner’s messages.

Privacy

Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle your loan request is described in our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
