What Quickie Mortgages is
Are you a lender or a broker?
Neither. Quickie Mortgages is a matching service. You describe the loan you need once; we connect you with licensed mortgage lenders and brokers in our network who lend in your state. They quote, approve, and close. We never take an application, quote a rate, or make a credit decision.
How do you make money?
Lenders in our network may pay us for connecting them with consumers who requested contact. That compensation is not tied to whether a loan closes, and it never changes the rates, fees, or terms a lender offers you.
Is this free?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation to use Quickie Mortgages. You pay only the normal costs of whatever loan you ultimately choose, which your lender discloses on the Loan Estimate.
Which lenders are in the network?
Licensed mortgage lenders and brokers we work with directly. The current list is published on our lender network page and updated as partners are added. You can verify any lender or loan officer on NMLS Consumer Access.
Your credit and your data
Does requesting matches affect my credit?
No. We do not pull credit — soft or hard. A lender only checks your credit after you speak with them and authorize it. When you compare a few lenders, mortgage inquiries within a short shopping window count as one for scoring purposes.
Do you ask for my Social Security number?
Never. We collect only what lenders need to reach out and prepare: the loan you want, the property, ballpark numbers, your credit range, timeline, and contact details.
Who sees my information?
The lenders and brokers we match you with, the service providers that run our site, and anyone the law requires. We never share your request with parties unrelated to your mortgage inquiry. Because lenders may compensate us, some state privacy laws treat this sharing as a "sale" — you can opt out any time by emailing us.
How do I stop the calls and texts?
Reply STOP to any text from us, tell any lender who contacts you that you are not interested (they must honor it), or email team@quickiemortgages.com and we will close your request and ask the network not to contact you further.
The loans
What loan types can I get matched for?
Residential loans on 1–4 unit properties: purchase (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo; fixed-rate and adjustable terms), rate-and-term refinance, cash-out refinance, investment property loans including DSCR, and bridge loans. Primary residences, second homes, and investment properties.
Do you cover investment properties and DSCR loans?
Yes. Investment requests are routed to lenders who write conventional investor loans and DSCR programs that qualify on the property’s rent rather than your tax returns. Many allow closing in an LLC.
Do you cover bridge loans?
Yes. Not every lender offers bridge financing, so bridge requests go specifically to lenders in the network who do. Tell us about both properties and your timeline.
What if I have bad credit or I’m self-employed?
Tell us honestly — that is how we route you well. Lenders in our network offer FHA programs that start with lower scores, bank-statement programs for self-employed borrowers, and DSCR loans for investors. A lender will tell you what is realistic and what would help.
What about my state?
We match in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Lenders must be licensed where the property is, and that is how every request is routed.
Timelines and what happens next
How fast will someone contact me?
Usually within one business day, often within hours during business hours. Requests submitted late at night or on weekends are typically handled the next business morning.
How many lenders will reach out?
Never more than four, and often fewer, depending on your request and location. We cap it on purpose — this is a comparison, not a flood.
How long does a mortgage take once I choose a lender?
A purchase commonly closes 30–45 days after an accepted offer; refinances commonly run three to six weeks. Your lender sets the timeline and will give you a realistic estimate up front.
What should I ask the lenders who call?
Ask for a Loan Estimate on the same day, same program, same lock period, at zero points. Then compare rate, APR, Section A lender fees, cash to close — and how fast they answer the phone.
See what lenders will offer you — in about three minutes.
Answer a few questions about the home and your situation. Licensed lenders in our network reach out with real options; you compare and choose. No obligation, and no hard credit pull to get matched.
