Disclosures & licensing
Effective September 9, 2026
1. Who we are and what we do
Quickie Mortgages is operated by Quickie Business Services LLC, doing business as Quickie Mortgages, 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901 (“Quickie Mortgages,” “we”). We operate a website and mortgage lead-matching service: consumers who want to be contacted about a residential mortgage submit a request, and we provide that request to licensed mortgage lenders, brokers, and related marketing partners in our network (“Partners”) so they can contact the consumer. We are an advertising and marketing company; Partners provide the financial products.
2. We are not a lender
Quickie Mortgages is not a lender, mortgage broker, or loan originator and does not make credit decisions. We connect you with licensed lenders and brokers in our network who may contact you about your request; those lenders make all loan decisions and set all rates, fees, and terms. Not all consumers will qualify, and no specific rate, term, or approval is promised or implied. We may be compensated by lenders in our network for connecting you.
We do not take mortgage applications, negotiate loan terms, issue pre-approvals or pre-qualifications, lock or communicate rates, or pull credit. Any pre-approval, Loan Estimate, or loan comes from the lender you choose, under its own license and its own legally required disclosures.
3. How your request is used and how we are paid
When you submit a request we share it with up to 4 Partners who lend or provide related services where the property is located. Partners pay us a flat fee for each request delivered. Our fee is not contingent on whether any loan closes and does not vary with any loan’s rate, fees, or terms. No Partner passes our fee to you as a separate charge, and our compensation does not affect the rates, fees, or terms a Partner offers you. Because Partners compensate us, some state privacy laws treat this disclosure as a “sale” of personal information; you may opt out at any time on our Privacy Choices page. You are never charged by Quickie Mortgages.
4. No offers, rates, or guarantees; educational content
Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend, an advertisement of specific credit terms, or a guarantee of approval. Rates, APRs, fees, and terms depend on your credit, income, assets, property, loan program, and market conditions at the time you lock, and are set solely by the lender. Not all consumers will qualify. Our guides describe publicly available loan programs for educational purposes; those descriptions are subject to change, are not offers or advertisements of credit terms by us or any Partner, and may not apply to you. The lender’s written disclosures — including the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure required by federal law — control.
5. Not affiliated with any government agency
Quickie Mortgages is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of HUD, FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the CFPB, or any government agency. References to government-backed loan programs describe programs offered by lenders in our network.
6. Equal Housing Opportunity
Equal Housing Opportunity. Lenders in our network are prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap, or familial status. We match requests without regard to any protected characteristic; military status is collected only so that eligible borrowers can be routed to lenders offering VA loans.
7. Licensing and state notices
Quickie Mortgages is a lead-generation and marketing service and does not hold itself out as a mortgage lender, broker, or loan originator. Every lender and broker who receives requests through our service is licensed or registered for the states in which it lends and is listed on our Partners page. You can verify any company or loan officer, free, at NMLS Consumer Access. Where a state requires registration or licensing of mortgage lead generators or marketing companies, we register before routing requests for properties in that state; applicable license or registration numbers will be listed here.
8. Your consent to be contacted (verbatim)
When you submit a request you check a box next to the following statement (version 2026-09-09.v2). It is stored with your request, together with the time, your IP address, and your device information, exactly as you agreed to it, and it constitutes your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act:
By checking this box and clicking "Get my options", I agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Notice at Collection, and E-Sign Consent, and I provide my express written consent to receive marketing and telemarketing calls, text messages, and emails about my request and related home-financing products from Quickie Mortgages, its affiliated Quickie brands, and up to 4 participating lenders, brokers, and marketing partners identified on the Partners page, at the phone number and email I provided — including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice, and AI-assisted technology — even if my number is on a federal, state, or company Do-Not-Call list. I understand my information will be shared with those partners so they can respond to my request and that they may compensate Quickie Mortgages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, and I may revoke it at any time (reply STOP to end texts; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply). Calls may be recorded or monitored. I confirm I am at least 18, the subscriber or customary user of this phone number, and that Quickie Mortgages is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, by telling any caller you are not interested, by using the Privacy Choices form, or by emailing team@quickiemortgages.com. Revocation is honored by us immediately and relayed to every Partner who received your request. See our SMS program terms for text-message details and our Privacy Policy for how your information is used.
9. E-Sign consent
By using this site and submitting a request, you agree to receive disclosures, notices, and communications from Quickie Mortgages electronically — on this website, by email, and by text message — and to use electronic records and signatures in place of paper. You may withdraw this consent by emailing team@quickiemortgages.com; withdrawing it may prevent us from processing your request. To access electronic records you need a current browser, an email account, and the ability to view PDF files. You may request a paper copy of any electronic disclosure at no charge by emailing team@quickiemortgages.com. Keep your contact information current so we can reach you.
10. Privacy and your information
Our Privacy Policy — which includes our Notice at Collection — explains what we collect, how we share and sell it, and your rights, including the right to opt out of sale and sharing, to stop contact, and to access, correct, or delete your information. Privacy requests: privacy@quickiemortgages.com.
11. Accuracy and updates
We work to keep every statement on this site accurate and current. If you believe something here is wrong or misleading, email team@quickiemortgages.com and we will correct it. These disclosures may be updated; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
